IEA-PVPS is an international framework that brings together recognised experts from research institutes, industry and public bodies to consolidate best practices in photovoltaic system analysis and modelling.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each IEA PVPS Task brings together a focused group of leading researchers and practitioners working on a well-defined technical topic, creating a unique environment for in-depth exchange and collective progress at international level. Within this Task, LuciSun is actively involved in Subtask C, focused on BIPV in a digital environment, and co-leads Activity C2 on BIM-based analysis, simulation and optimisation of BIPV projects. This work addresses the practical challenges of integrating PV simulation within BIM workflows, including interoperability between architectural design tools and energy and PV simulation software, data structuring of BIPV components, and the delivery of credible performance indicators across the building life cycle.
