The Role
We are looking for a Product & Digital Operations Lead to help structure execution across our product ecosystem and support the development of our Digital Factory activities.
This is not an administrative position.
This is a strategic coordination role designed to elevate operational standards, strengthen delivery discipline, and help LuciSun transition from a high-performing startup to a structured digital engineering company.
You will work directly with the CTO, product owners, tech leads, and CEO.
Your Responsibilities
Product & Execution Leadership
- Structure and prioritise development initiatives across multiple platforms
- Clarify and formalise feature specifications before implementation
- Ensure strong acceptance criteria and definition of done
- Detect bottlenecks and propose structural improvements
- Organise cross-functional coordination and execution follow-up
You will improve how work is defined and delivered — not simply track tickets.
Digital Factory & Strategic Projects
- Support the CTO and CEO in prospecting and framing technical projects
- Participate in pre-sales discussions when required
- Translate client needs into structured project scopes
- Contribute to proposal preparation and delivery roadmaps
- Ensure project alignment between commitments and execution
You will operate at the intersection of engineering and business strategy.
Operational Excellence & Process Scaling
- Improve internal workflows and documentation standards
- Strengthen review and release processes
- Reduce execution ambiguity and communication noise
- Contribute to KPI monitoring (delivery time, feature cycle time, quality metrics)
We expect you to challenge the status quo constructively and help us improve continuously.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Thinks in systems and structures complexity naturally
- Is comfortable interacting with engineers and executives
- Takes ownership and acts proactively
- Is motivated by building scalable organisations
Relevant backgrounds may include:
- Product operations or technical project management
- Engineering combined with coordination experience
- SaaS product environments
- Energy or industrial digitalisation
Solar expertise is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong structuring ability and clarity of thinking are essential.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong documentation and synthesis capabilities
- Experience with structured issue tracking tools (GitLab, Jira, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- High sense of responsibility and accountability
